EnSight+
Envocore Utility Services has partnered with EnSight+, a robust Work Order Management platform, to enhance our quality control process, manage inventory, provide customer service, and to offer clients a breadth of custom reporting options.
Improved Workflows with EnSight+
The use of EnSight+ allows Envocore to customize and optimize workflows for installers in the field, resulting in smoother data collection, less time per installation, and higher productivity levels. The easy customization process also allows for the delivery of tailored field data to a client’s specific needs. The photo quality is top notch in the industry, as EnSight+ allows for the storage of high-resolution and clear photos, and all photos must pass a two-layer visual quality control assessment for clarity.
A Comprehensive Utility Management Solution
In addition to being a WOMS, EnSight+ includes Asset Management, Inventory Management, Customer Service tracking, Expense tracking, and Employee Time Tracking. EnSight+ can also track the location of Utility employees in the field, allowing the utility to more easily route workers to respond to customer issues. One key feature is the ability for an installer to easily optimize the routing of their assigned work orders based on GPS coordinates or geocoded addresses if coordinates are not supplied.
